I am a holistic therapist specialising in Bowen Technique and Reiki and am based in Methven, near Perth.
Bowen Therapy can offer amazing results in the treatment of musculoskeletal issues, such as strains, sprains and misaligned posture, and also hormonal issues.
Reiki is a technique which involves channelling energy, and can speed up your your body's ability to heal itself and bring about deeper healing on a physical, emotional,and spiritual level.
Over the years I have developed my own intuitive Reiki technique and the energy just flows where it is meant to go.
These two modalities can be combined for a deep healing and relaxing experience.
I have been practising Reiki since 2000 and qualified in HNC Complementary Therapies in 2005,and trained in clinical hypnosis in 2012: However I qualified as a Bowen practitioner in 2019 after discovering what amazing physical results it could produce in a short time.
I find a Spiritual approach to my sessions often brings profound results, although I tailor my approach to the individual client.

The Bowen Technique, or Bowtech, as it is sometimes called, is a gentle, non-invasive technique, which can be done through light clothing, and involves using special rolling moves over specific areas of the body to stimulate the body's own ability to heal itself.
The client is left to relax at certain intervals to enable the body to absorb the effect of the moves, and these waits are as important as the moves themselves.
Results can be seen in as little as one session for straightforward issues, however more severe ones can need several weekly sessions.
It is advised to carry on with regular monthly maintenance, as it is easy to fall into bad postural habits, or to re-injure the body.

About Bowen Technique
I have a comfortable therapy room with ground floor level access, suitable for wheelchairs, and free, on street parking nearby.
Prices
Appointments are currently £45 which are for a one hour appointment, although this can take up to an hour and a half with an initial consultation.
A child under 12 may receive a short treatment free with an accompanying paying adult appointment.
Half hour taster session available for £25 with a free consultation.
